SIMILARITY : WORKLOAD ANALYSIS USING POWER RADIOGRAPHER WORKLOAD INDICATORS NEED STAFF (WISN) IN THE INSTALLATION OF RADIOLOGY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL SEBELAS MARET SURAKARTA
Analysis of the workload of radiographers is very necessary in order to improve radiology services in
hospitals. This aims to determine which workloads need efficiency. Workload indicators of staffing
need (WISN) is a standard for measuring the need for health workers based on workload indicators.
This method is a calculation method that produces an overview of the workload as well as the number
of human resource needs based on product activities in a human resource category. This study aims
to describe the workload of radiographers using the WISN method. This study uses a descriptive
quantitative approach with a survey approach. At the Radiology Installation of the UNS Hospital, the
amount of working time available from work activities every day and the number of days off in a year
is 120 minutes per year where the amount of available working time obtained is in accordance with
the standard working time at the UNS Hospital. The workload obtained is 260 days per year and the
average time needed to treat patients is 5-10 minutes for conventional and CT-Scan patients and for
contrast 30-60 minutes depending on the examination and working time in a day 7-8 hours. The
standard workload is 2000 hours per year and to determine the standard allowance of 75 (1 hour 15
minutes per person) and for the calculation of human resources per work unit 2.25. the results obtained
using the workload indicator off staff need (WISN) method are in accordance with the diagnostic
radiology service standards according to the Minister of Health Decree No. 1014 of 20008 which
explains that the comparison of 1 modality of diagnostic aircraft for 2 radiographers
